DispatchLine.ai ("we," "us," or "our") operates a voice AI receptionist service for trade businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our service.

Account Information: Name, email address, business name, phone number, and billing information provided during registration.

Call Data: We process inbound phone calls to your AI receptionist. This includes call recordings, transcripts, caller phone numbers, call duration, and AI-generated appointment data.

Calendar Data: If you connect Google Calendar, we access your calendar events and free/busy information solely to check availability and book appointments.

SMS Data: Phone numbers of customers who receive appointment confirmations and reminders, along with opt-out status.

Usage Data: Call minutes used, features accessed, and billing history.

3. How We Use Your Information

  • Supabase: Database hosting and authentication
  • Stripe: Payment processing
  • Twilio: Phone number provisioning and SMS messaging
  • Google: Calendar integration (OAuth2)

Each provider processes data in accordance with their own privacy policies.

5. Data Retention

Call recordings and transcripts are retained for 90 days. Account data is retained while your subscription is active and for 30 days after cancellation. You may request deletion of your data at any time.

6. Data Security

We implement industry-standard security measures including encryption at rest and in transit, row-level security in our database, and secure token storage via Supabase Vault.

7. Your Rights

8. Google API Services User Data Policy

Our use of Google Calendar data adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We only access calendar data to check appointment availability and create/modify appointment events. We do not use Google data for advertising or share it with third parties beyond what is necessary for the service.
