DispatchLine.ai sends automated SMS messages on behalf of trade businesses that use our AI receptionist service. Messages include appointment confirmations, appointment reminders, rescheduling/cancellation confirmations, and emergency alerts.
You may receive up to 4 messages per appointment: one confirmation, one 24-hour reminder, one 1-hour reminder, and one if rescheduled or cancelled. Emergency alerts are sent only when urgent service is needed.
Consent to receive SMS messages is obtained verbally during your phone call with the AI receptionist. All calls are recorded as proof of consent.
By providing your phone number and confirming an appointment during a call, you consent to receive automated appointment-related messages at that number.
Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services.
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any message you receive. You will receive a one-time confirmation that you have been unsubscribed.
To re-subscribe, reply START to resume receiving messages.
Message and data rates may apply. Check with your wireless carrier for details about your text messaging plan.
DispatchLine.ai supports all major U.S. wireless carriers including AT&T, T-Mobile, Verizon, and Sprint, as well as most regional carriers.
